What Sets Us Apart

Hi, I’m Brittany Beaver, founder of Breakthrough Habits and a certified Health Coach dedicated to helping others create real, lasting change in their lives. My own health and wellness journey began over a decade ago—with just one simple goal: to complete three kickboxing classes a week. That small commitment became the foundation of something much bigger. It led to a 70-pound weight loss, a mindset shift, and a passion that ultimately drove me to earn my bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness.

During my four years as a health coach, I’ve helped clients make small, sustainable daily changes that lead to big results—whether that’s building more energy, gaining confidence, or finally sticking to habits that align with their goals. I believe that change doesn’t have to be overwhelming—it starts with one small step.
